Maritiem College IJmuiden is a secondary school in IJmuiden that focuses on maritime education. Students here can learn about shipbuilding, maritime engineering, nautical sciences and maritime services, among others. The college also offers internship and work experience opportunities in the maritime industry.

Maritiem College IJmuiden came to IDV with a complex website challenge. The assignment was to create the new site with and user-friendly structure for different target groups namely: parents, students and (business) partners. We built the website in the user-friendly CMS system WordPress, where employees can edit and add content themselves. We then provided training so that employees could work independently with the website. We also paid attention to the website's user experience, so that the different target groups can easily access the right information.
