Willem 4 is a knowledge and networking organisation founded in 2009. The members of this non-profit foundation are professionals from the private and public sectors of the countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands (the Netherlands, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten), the municipalities of Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius, as well as Suriname.
