Online marketer / project manager

As online marketer/project manager, your main task is to set up and supervise all online marketing activities for our diverse clients. You translate marketing objectives into creative and smart campaigns.

Sometimes you will sit down with one of our clients to advise on strategy, but you will mainly be involved in setting up, managing and optimising online campaigns. You know how to use different channels, whether it is Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or Snapchat. You can dream these tools and know how to set up and launch a digital campaign in no time.

This is when the real work starts for you: you set up various A/B tests, optimise campaigns based on analytics and collected data, and know how to steer conversion. You are not satisfied with just more website visitors. You only get happy when you generate real and warm leads that take action. That is the result of the websites you have set up or optimised for lead generation. You can present achieved results in an insightful and understandable way to colleagues and our customers.

What will be your responsibilities (nice and independent):

  • You will be responsible for campaign management for our clients, working at the interface of strategy, planning, organisation and execution of online campaigns.
  • You think strategically as well as operationally about achieving goals and objectives.
  • Responsibility for the use of small and (medium-)large media budgets.
  • You use various online tools to set up online campaigns and campaign creation is no stranger to you.
  • You adjust campaigns during the run time based on analytics and a/b testing.
  • You think about achieving more conversion by deploying smart tools such as a conversion-driven website or landing page, linking to CRM packages, automated follow-up or other tools that support this process.
  • You report achieved results and know how to present them clearly to colleagues and customers.


What will you do?

  • Writing (online) marketing plans and content calendars.
  • Devise, set up, manage and adjust online marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting keyword research and translating the results into a proper SEO strategy.
  • Improving and optimising the organic findability of websites.

 

What are we looking for in you?

  • HBO working and thinking level towards marketing/communications/digital media.
  • You are and are organised, structured and work well as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing/communications, SEO & SEA and email marketing.
  • You have extensive knowledge and experience with online platforms including Facebook Ads manager, LinkedIn Campaign manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with WordPress is an advantage.
  • Good command of the Dutch language.
  • Independent, enthusiastic, spontaneous and representative.
  • Enterprising, creative, accurate, results-oriented and stress-resistant.
  • In possession of driving licence-B.
